Building Revenue by Becoming Relevant to New Audiences

Board/Staff

Museums need to develop awareness of increasing earned revenue and engaging new audiences. Our consulting process helps develop Board or staff skills in both of these arenas.

Staff/Docent Training: Telling the Museum's Stories

For Museum Docents: Developing confidence through skill building. This training provides conceptual frameworks to assist docents in developing relevant stories to engage visitors of all ages.

Exhibit Development: An engaging workshop for relevant people in the exhibit field. This training builds a recall process to establish a repertoire of memories for use in telling the story of an exhibit, developing the story concept and building the story.

Bob and Barb have a strong repertoire of story programs for Museum audiences and have presented in many museums. See Education
